My name is Sahar, and I am developing a custom post-surgical compression product for the axillary (armpit) area.
I am looking for a manufacturer who can support custom foam fabrication and textile assembly.
Here are the key details of the product:
• Crescent-shaped foam insert with gradient thickness (tapered edges)
• Medium-soft medical-grade foam (flexible, not rigid)
• Removable fabric cover (bamboo or TENCEL preferred)
• Envelope-style closure (no zipper or velcro)
• Skin-contact safe materials (hypoallergenic preferred)
At this stage, I am interested in developing prototypes and moving into small-batch production.
