Dear FoamSpirit Team,

My name is Lorenzo Marinozzi, and I am developing FibraViva, a new Italian e-commerce brand focused on high-quality, plant-based and plastic-free household cleaning products.

We are currently looking for a manufacturing partner for a private-label dishwashing sponge combining natural cellulose with a natural loofah scrubbing layer. After reviewing your website, we were particularly interested in your cellulose sponge manufacturing, loofah products, biocide-free formulation and custom packaging capabilities.

Our preferred product would have the following characteristics:

* natural cellulose absorbent layer;
* natural loofah scrubbing layer;
* suitable for washing dishes, glasses, pots and non-stick cookware;
* no polyurethane foam, polyester, PET, nylon or synthetic abrasive fibres;
* no added biocides;
* plastic-free construction and packaging;
* preferably compressed to reduce transport and storage volume;
* custom FibraViva branding and paper-based retail packaging.

Could you please provide further information regarding:

1. Whether you can manufacture this specific cellulose-and-loofah construction;
2. The complete material composition of the finished product;
3. The method used to bond the cellulose and loofah layers, including the composition of any adhesive;
4. Whether an adhesive-free or fully plastic-free bonding method is available;
5. Minimum order quantities for samples, pilot orders and private-label production;
6. Unit prices for 1,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 pieces;
7. Customisation options for shape, size, colour, embossing, water-based printing and packaging;
8. Sample costs and estimated sample lead time;
9. Production lead times and DDP shipping costs to Italy;
10. Available certifications, laboratory reports and technical documentation supporting any biocide-free, biodegradable or compostable claims.

As sustainability is central to FibraViva, we would also appreciate information regarding:

* the percentage of electricity used in production that comes from renewable sources;
* whether renewable energy covers production, cutting, lamination and packaging;
* the origin of the cellulose and loofah;
* any FSC, ISO 14001, REACH, renewable-energy or social-compliance certifications available;
* whether we would be authorised to communicate verified environmental information on our packaging and website.

We would initially like to launch a relatively small pilot order and progressively increase volumes based on market response. We are looking for a long-term manufacturing partner able to support both the initial launch and future growth.
