Hello, I am looking to develop a new product and I am interested in your compressed cellulose sponge manufacturing. I need a custom-designed cleaning head with the following specifications: • Shape: Oval compressed tablet • Dry size: 45mm x 30mm x 6–8mm • Expands when wet to approx. 15–20mm thickness • Material: • Compressed cellulose (main component) • Minimal PVA binder • Optional: light cleaning ingredients (baking soda, citric acid, mild surfactant) Key requirement: • Must stay intact for ~2–3 minutes during use • Must start disintegrating after use • Must fully break down in water within 1–3 minutes • No large fragments Attachment: • Center hole or soft core for spike attachment I would like to start with a small test order (300–500 pcs).
