Dear Sirs,

We are a Japanese trading company and are interested in your manufacturing capabilities. 
We would like to inquire whether you can supply the following product.

Project Overview

•	Product      :  100% Plant-Based Cellulose Sponge Cubes
•	Size         :  30 mm × 30 mm × 30 mm (Custom-cut)
•	Pore Density  :  We would like to evaluate three variations: High, Medium, and Low density.
•	Order Volume :  100,000 pcs per order (approximately four orders per year; total annual volume: 400,000 pcs)
•	End Use      :  The sponge will be used to absorb a specific chemical reagent. The exact formulation is currently confidential.

Our Requirements & Questions

1.	Can you manufacture and supply cellulose sponge cubes according to the above specifications and required order quantity?

2.	If yes, we would appreciate it if you could provide the following information for our evaluation:
o	Initial samples (High, Medium, and Low density)
o	A price quotation based on the above order quantity (CIF Kobe, Japan by sea)
o	SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for the sponge material
o	Estimated packing information for 100,000 pcs, including:
	Carton dimensions
	Gross weight
	Quantity per carton

3.	Is there any additional information you require from us to finalize the product specifications?

If you have any recommendations regarding packaging or shipping methods to ensure efficient logistics and product quality, we would appreciate your suggestions.
