My name is Mariia Rohatyn, and I am currently developing a new cosmetic product for the European market.

I am looking for an experienced manufacturer capable of developing a custom cosmetic sponge applicator specifically for pressed eyeshadow application.

The applicator will require a custom asymmetric shape, so I am looking for a supplier with experience in custom sponge development, prototyping and tooling.

At this stage, I would like to better understand your manufacturing capabilities before sharing the detailed product drawings.

Could you please provide information regarding:

materials you would recommend specifically for pressed powder eyeshadow application;
whether you can develop completely custom asymmetric sponge shapes;
available sponge densities / firmness options;
whether you can manufacture latex-free materials;
prototype or development sample availability before mass production;
approximate cost for prototype development;
custom mould/tooling cost;
MOQ for custom production;
indicative unit pricing at 1,000 / 2,000 / 5,000 pieces;
estimated development and production lead times;
relevant quality certifications and testing available for cosmetic applicators.

An important requirement is that the material should provide good powder pickup and transfer while minimizing unnecessary product absorption.

At this stage I am evaluating several potential manufacturing partners. Once I identify the most suitable suppliers, I will be able to provide detailed drawings and technical specifications for further development.
