I am contacting you to ask whether you supply regenerated cellulose sponge material in sheet form for industrial production. We are specifically looking for raw cellulose sponge sheets, not finished cleaning sponges or retail products.

The material we need is a hydrophilic, water-absorbent, highly porous regenerated cellulose sponge sheet, ideally with a thickness of approximately 1 mm. The reference material we are trying to match has heterogeneous pores of around 0.1 mm, remains stable when wet without disintegrating, and is flexible as a thin sheet while having more structural rigidity than conventional soft polyurethane foam. I have attached a reference photo of the material we are trying to match.

Could you please confirm whether you manufacture or supply this type of cellulose sponge sheet? If available, we would appreciate receiving information about the available sheet sizes, thicknesses and tolerances, density, water absorption capacity, porosity or pore size, minimum order quantity, sample availability, lead time, and export options to Argentina.

If 1 mm thickness is not available as a standard product, please let us know the closest available thickness or whether a custom sheet thickness would be possible.
