Dear UC Sponge Team,

My name is Donyor Mamatkulov, and I am developing a new single-use medical device for the management of anterior nosebleeds (epistaxis).

We are currently in the R&D stage and are looking for a medical-grade sponge material suitable for prototyping and future production.

We are particularly interested in a material with the following characteristics:
- Medical-grade and suitable for mucosal contact
- Supplied as sheets or blocks for custom die-cutting
- Dry thickness of approximately 10–12 mm before compression
- Able to be compressed to approximately 3–4 mm and recover its thickness after contact with blood or saline
- High absorbency
- Good wet mechanical strength
- Compatible with sterilization (ETO or Gamma)

We would appreciate your recommendation for the medical-grade sponge materials, such as compressed cellulose or any other hydrophilic material that provides reliable expansion after hydration.

Could you please let us know:
- Which materials you would recommend for this application?
- Whether you can supply small sample quantities for evaluation?
- Available thicknesses, densities, and pore sizes.
- Technical datasheets for the recommended materials.
- Whether OEM material customization is available for future production.

If our evaluation is successful, we expect this project to move toward commercial production and long-term cooperation.
