My name is Jonas, I represent UAB MKS Trade, a company based in Lithuania, EU. We sell our products worldwide with a primary focus on the European Union market. We are currently sourcing a supplier for gel memory foam mattress toppers and are interested in exploring a long-term partnership with your factory.

We are looking for a manufacturer capable of producing 10,000+ units per month (approximately 10+ x 40ft containers), with OEM capability.

Sizes required: standard EU sizes (80x200, 90×200, 100x200, 120x200, 140×200, 160×200, 180×200 , 200x200, 220x200 cm).

Packaging requirements:

Each unit must be delivered fully finished and retail-ready:

Vacuum compressed and rolled
    Inserted into a full-colour printed carton box (OEM design, print-ready artwork to be supplied by us)
    Ready to ship – no additional packaging or assembly required on our side

We would like to receive the following information:

Can your factory produce this exact specification?
    What is your monthly production capacity for this type of product?
    Please provide an estimated EXW unit price (including vacuum packing + colour carton) for an order of 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 units – even a ballpark figure would help us decide whether to proceed to a sample stage.
    What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    What is the standard lead time for a first order and for repeat orders?
    Do you hold any certifications (Oeko-Tex, BSCI, CertiPUR, etc.)?
    Is a pre-production sample available, and what is the sample cost? The sample must also be delivered in the full packaging described above (vacuum + colour carton).

We are a serious buyer looking to establish a long-term supply relationship. Our target is to begin with a trial order and scale to regular monthly shipments.
