I am an independent product developer based in Canada, sourcing an OEM manufacturer for a custom foam sleep insert for commercial e-commerce distribution (Amazon FBA Canada). I am requesting pricing at 100 / 500 / 1,000 units and your MOQ. Please find attached a technical assembly drawing for reference. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS A 3-layer bonded foam insert (partial mattress topper — shoulder relief zone). Layer 1 – Base (bottom) Material: Medium-firm polyurethane foam (~35 ILD / ~1.5 PCF density) Dimensions: 1.5" thick × 22" long × 60" wide Layer 2 – Comfort layer (top of Layer 1) Material: Super-soft polyurethane or viscoelastic foam (~10–14 ILD / low density) Dimensions: 1.5" thick × 22" long × 60" wide Layer 3 – Transition bevel (attached to end of Layer 1) Shape: Right-angle triangle Dimensions: 3" height × 6" base × 60" wide (tapers from 3" to 0") Single piece, no join Finished assembled insert: 3" H × 28" L × 60" W All 3 layers must be bonded together using production-grade adhesive (no delamination under compression and repeated use). KEY QUESTIONS Can you produce this insert as a fully bonded/laminated finished assembly? What is your per-unit price at 100 / 500 / 1,000 units? What is your MOQ? What is your production lead time for 100 units? For 500 units? Can you provide foam certifications (CertiPUR-US or equivalent OEKO-TEX / SGS)? How far can you take the product?
