Dear Foam Spirit Team,
My name is Mgr. Peter Kudlej, MBA, CEO of Venalicium Group s.r.o., a company based in Slovakia (European Union). We are launching a premium e-commerce brand focused on sleep improvement products and are currently sourcing OEM/private label manufacturers for our product line.
We are interested in sourcing a custom memory foam pillow with your manufacturing capabilities:
PRODUCT: Custom Molded Memory Foam Pillow
	•	Fill: High-density slow-rebound memory foam (custom formulation preferred)
	•	Optional: gel-infused layer or cooling gel particles for temperature regulation
	•	Cover: Bamboo or Tencel fabric, removable and washable
	•	Size: Standard EU (60x40 cm), contour / ergonomic shape with two height zones
	•	Foam density: min. 50 kg/m3
	•	Certifications required: OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (mandatory for EU market)
	•	Custom branding: Full private label - logo, box packaging, insert card
	•	Target market: Slovakia and Czech Republic (EU)
Please provide a quote for the following quantities:

	•	1,000 pcs
For each quantity, please include:
	1.	Unit price (USD, EXW and DDP Slovakia if possible)
	2.	MOQ
	3.	Lead time for production
	4.	Sample availability and cost (we are ready to order a paid sample)
	5.	Available certifications (OEKO-TEX, CertiPUR-US, REACH, etc.)
	6.	QC standard (we require AQL 2.5)
	7.	Can you share raw material sources (BASF / Huntsman / Dow)?
We are building a long-term brand and plan to place recurring orders as our sales grow. If the quality and cooperation are satisfactory, we expect to scale significantly within 12 months.
