Snuzio Pillow Core — Stage 1 Supplier Capability Check

Hi,
We are developing a premium sleep product under our brand Snuzio and are looking to partner with a specialist foam manufacturer capable of producing a high-quality single-piece memory foam pillow core with consistent support, slow rebound recovery, low odour, and strong certification standards.
We are completing an initial capability review before issuing the full technical RFQ. Please confirm whether the following requirements are within your production experience (Yes / No / Partial + brief comment):

Single-piece moulded open-cell viscoelastic memory foam core (not shredded, composite, or loose-fill)
Custom dimensions — approximately 70 × 40 cm with 10–11 cm loft
Density — approximately 55 kg/m³ with consistent batch-to-batch quality
ILD / firmness — medium-supportive, approximately 12–18 lb ILD, preferred range 14–16 lb
Slow rebound recovery — approximately 4–6 seconds at room temperature
Plant-based polyol option — ideally 20%+ bio-content (soy, castor oil or similar)
Certifications — CertiPUR-US, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH or equivalent
Low odour / off-gassing — standard curing process and typical dissipation timeline
MOQ — sampling MOQ and production MOQ
Sampling — sample lead time and cost for 2–3 custom foam cores
Compression and recovery — compress-pack for shipping with full loft recovery within 24 hours
