Hi Foam Spirit team,

I submitted an inquiry through your contact form on August 6th about a custom molding capability and haven't heard back yet, so following up in case it didn't come through.

Quick recap: I'm the founder of a new startup, and we're looking for a fully molded, single-piece natural fiber sponge shell — not a flat bonded composite, but a 3D shape with a shallow cavity in the center to hold a separate insert. It needs to hold its form dry, soften to a pliable texture on water contact, and provide natural exfoliation on its own. We're interested in whether this is achievable as a loofah fiber sponge, or a loofah/cellulose fiber blend, custom press-molded into this shape.

A few questions:
1. Is a fully 3D molded hollow shape like this (versus a flat bonded composite) within your manufacturing capability?
2. Can fiber ratio (loofah vs. cellulose, for example) be tuned to control exfoliation intensity and softness?
3. What would sampling cost and lead time look like for a first custom-molded prototype?
