My name is Miguel Montes, and I represent Montevero Group S.A., a
company registered in Panama that imports and distributes consumer
goods for the Venezuelan retail market under our private label brand
BRIXA.

We are in the active launch phase of BRIXA and are currently sourcing
our primary manufacturer for our BRIXA Clean product line — kitchen
sponges, heavy-duty scourers, stainless steel scouring pads, and
microfiber cleaning cloths — for distribution through major
supermarket chains across Venezuela.

After reviewing Foam Spirit's certifications, manufacturing
capabilities, and your supply relationships with leading retailers
including Woolworth & Coles, Aldi, and Costcutter, you are our first
and preferred choice for this category.

We are attaching our full RFQ document, which includes:

- Complete SKU list with exact product specifications (5 SKUs)
  - Quality standards and sample requirements
  - Packaging specifications: all labels in Spanish, BRIXA branding
and EAN-13 barcode printed at origin — no relabeling at destination
  - Pricing requested at four volume tiers: MOQ, 2x MOQ, full 20' FCL,
full 40' FCL
  - Container planning scenarios with financial parameters
  - Proposed timeline from quotation to first shipment

Key points before you review:

- BRIXA is a quality-first brand. We need the best quality
achievable at a competitive price — not the cheapest product on the
market. Consistent batch-to-batch quality is a firm requirement.
  - Physical samples are required at our Panama office before any bulk
order is placed.
  - We plan 60–90 day reorder cycles. We need a manufacturing partner
who can support that rhythm reliably.
  - We are a scaling operation. Our first order is a market validation
— volumes will grow significantly with each reorder cycle.

Please review the attached RFQ document and respond with your complete
quotation within 7–10 business days. We are evaluating one backup
supplier for this category and will move quickly to sample stage once
quotes are received.
