RFQ – White Cellulose Sponge Cloth Rolls and Finished Sewn Pouches

Dear Sales Team,

My name is Fares, and I am contacting you on behalf of Dermadry.

Dermadry is a medical device manufacturer specializing in iontophoresis devices. We are currently looking for a direct manufacturer of a cellulose sponge cloth material similar to Swedish sponge cloth.

We are looking for the following product:

Product: Cellulose sponge cloth / Swedish sponge cloth
Material composition: approx. 70% regenerated cellulose and 30% cotton fibres
Color: White, unprinted
Format: Rolls
Roll dimensions: 315 mm width x 300 m length
Thickness: approx. 2 mm

Could you please provide us with a quotation for this material based on different quantity price breaks?

For the rolls, please quote the following quantities:
1 to 5 rolls
6 to 10 rolls
11 to 30 rolls
31 to 60 rolls
60+ rolls
If your company uses a different quotation structure or MOQ, please provide your standard price breaks and indicate the MOQ for production.

In addition, we would like to know if you can provide the following documentation for the material:

Certificate of Conformity / CoC
Certificate of Analysis / COA
Technical Data Sheet / TDS
Safety Data Sheet / SDS, if applicable
Any ISO or quality certifications related to your factory and material
Test report for material disintegration / biodegradation
Any additional compliance certificates available for this type of cellulose sponge cloth material

We also have a second requirement. Currently, we cut the rolls into strips of approximately 31.5 cm x 6.7 cm. Each strip is folded into four sections to create a small pouch, then sewn on two sides, as shown in the attached photo/reference.

If your factory can provide this converting/sewing service, this would be ideal for us.

Quotation for rolls only:

Quotation for finished pouches:
