Dear Foam Spirit Team,

I am reaching out to you because I am launching a brand of reusable, washable kitchen sponges for the New Caledonia market (French territory in the South Pacific). This market is currently not served by this type of product, and I am looking to introduce a premium range inspired by high-quality European washable sponges.

Product I Am Looking For :
I am looking to produce a washable, dual-sided, thick and aesthetically pleasing kitchen sponge with the following specifications:

1 - Structure (3 layers):
Scrubbing face (top): Textured polyamide (nylon) fabric, slightly abrasive but non-scratch (safe for Teflon, stainless steel, ceramic surfaces). Mesh-like or knitted appearance.
Core (inside): Thick polyurethane (PU) foam (~2–3 cm), soft and resilient — bounces back to its original shape after squeezing. This is what gives the sponge its volume and comfortable grip.
Absorbent face (bottom): Soft polyester microfiber fabric, highly absorbent, for wiping and soaking up liquids.

2 - Approximate dimensions:
12.5 x 8 x 3 cm (similar to a standard kitchen sponge, but thicker and more "premium")

3 - Key features:
Machine washable (30°C to 60°C) and dishwasher safe
Target lifespan: minimum 1 year of daily use
All 3 layers must be sewn together (not glued) for maximum durability
100% recyclable materials
Available in multiple vibrant colors (green, blue, red, yellow, grey, pink)
Color must be uniform across the entire sponge (scrubbing face + absorbent face in the same color)

4- What I am NOT looking for:
Standard cellulose sponges
Melamine sponges ("magic eraser" type)
Thin/flat sponges with no thickness
Low-quality disposable sponge alternatives

My Questions : 
- Are you able to manufacture this type of sewn textile sponge with a PU foam core?
- What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
- What would be the estimated unit price for an order of 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 units?
- Do you offer customization services (custom logo, colors, packaging)?
- Can you send samples? If so, what is the cost and lead time?
- What is the production lead time once the order is confirmed?
- What are your shipping options to New Caledonia (Noumea, 98800)?

I am open to discussing materials and possible adjustments. The key priority for me is to achieve a product that is thick, durable, aesthetically pleasing, and premium-quality.
